Furniture & Mattress Store Owners: Not Just Turkey!

At Thanksgiving you have a great opportunity to send Thanksgiving Day cards to your customers. When was the last time you received a Thanksgiving Day card from a business? Maybe never? If you received a few would it be safe to say there isn’t a lot of competition for your customer’s attention then?

Isn’t Thanksgiving an appropriate holiday to say Thank You to your customers? I think so. Whenever possible write a personal note of thanks. That effort will be rewarded by your customer’s loyalty. I have only done it once and it was a big hit with my dealers. It’s now on my list to do it every year.

Always look for opportunities to have an impact on your customers when your competitors might be asleep at the wheel. Thanksgiving is a great example of catching your competitors napping when you can deliver a welcomed message of genuine thanks. Go for it!
