  1. Pete and Doug. I hope we can get retailers and their employees to listen to both podcast 14 and 15 to help them improve their businesses. If nothing else these will focus thought on the areas of product selection, sales training and advertising.

    • You are right Nat! If they listen to both episodes with a pen and paper or computer and take great notes and then implement just one new idea a week. In a month their store’s would do more business. Thanks Nat for providing so many great ideas in both these interviews!
